He has operated at HR director level in the retail banking industry and luxury retail sector. His HR background also includes high street fashion and airport retailing, contact centre, property development, property services, IT and logistics. In addition to the UK he has international experience extending across Western Europe, India, South Africa and Australia.

He is an effective coach and facilitator with a reputation for creating best practice, sustainable HR processes, policies and procedures across organisations generating up to £100m in annual turnover.

Neil is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management and is a NLP Master Practitioner.
